The position calls for extensive experience in industrial construction, with responsibility for P&L and coordination across multiple managers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of related experience in industrial construction projects.
• 3+ years’ experience in project engineering/project management.

Responsibilities

• Manages and leads Project Execution Planning & AWP processes across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning phases.
• Plays a major role in Business Development activities related to customer interface/negotiations.
• Leads coordination of proposal development during bidding/negation phase.
• Manages all EPC contractual elements related to schedule, cost, change orders, and progress.
• Establishes a project culture focused on Safety and Quality.
• Provides direction to Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Start‑Up managers.
• Oversees budget projections for engineering, procurement, construction, and start‑up activities.
• Coordinates and leads customer/partner project meetings.
• Reports regularly to Projects Group management and Client/Owner on performance and progress.
