Zachry Group is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to lead development and negotiation of large EPC contracts, focusing on commercial terms and risk management to protect profitability. The role collaborates with Legal, Proposal Group and Business Development to shape deal architecture, manage partnering or JV arrangements, and drive disciplined contract governance across global projects.

Candidates bring 5+ years EPC experience, a technical degree, and proven negotiation and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or other technical degree required.
• Proven negotiation skills and ability to work in an international, multicultural team environment.
• Knowledge of document management, scheduling, AWP and cost management techniques for major EPC projects.
• Contract management, change management and administration experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop and negotiate Large EPC Contracts with Clients across varying structures.
• Lead the negotiation of Partnering Agreements to form Joint Ventures, Consortiums, or Subcontracting arrangements.
• Lead the Risk Assessment Process and quantify Risk Dollars to minimize exposure for Zachry Enterprise.
• Coordinate contracting methodologies, proposal development, and legal reviews to conform with Deal Architecture.
