Job summary

Airswift is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead a major life sciences/semiconductor expansion project in Illinois. The role oversees the full project lifecycle, driving execution excellence and delivering a complex capital program.

Candidates should have a proven track record managing EPC/EPCM projects, and be capable of leading multidisciplinary teams while maintaining safety, schedule, and budget targets. The position requires on-site work in Illinois five days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale EPC/EPCM projects.
• Background in Life Sciences (Biotech/Pharmaceuticals) or Semiconductor industries.
• Track record delivering complex projects safely, on schedule, within budget.
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full project lifecycle from initiation to closeout.
• Drive execution excellence, manage schedule, cost, and risk.
• Coordinate with EPC/EPCM contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards.
