Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of construction/project engineering experience.
• Experience working for an EPC contractor is required.
• Pharmaceutical, biopharma, life sciences, or GMP construction experience preferred.
• Experience supporting the construction phase of pharmaceutical projects.
• Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support the Construction Manager with daily construction activities and field execution.
• Coordinate subcontractors, field teams, scheduling, logistics, and resources.
• Keep project milestones on schedule.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and other project documentation.
• Monitor quality and ensure GMP compliance.
• Track material deliveries and coordinate with procurement and project teams.
• Participate in project meetings, safety activities, and field coordination.
• Identify and elevate issues affecting schedule, quality, or construction progress.
• Serve as a key connection between the EPC project team, subcontractors, and field personnel
