PerkinElmer is seeking a Project Farma Senior Director/Director to drive strategic leadership for multi-geography capital projects in life sciences. You will oversee governance, budgeting, risk and performance across PF initiatives, partnering with senior client executives and cross-functional teams.

The role requires extensive capital project delivery experience, GMP knowledge, and strong leadership with a willingness to travel.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 13–20+ years of capital project experience with 10+ years leading large-scale life sciences projects >$200M TIC.
• GMP-regulated capital delivery, operational readiness and project governance knowledge.
• MSCM, MEM, or PMP or other advanced certifications strongly preferred.
• Executive presence with strong financial, commercial, and organizational leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel for client project assignments.

Aufgaben

• Define project governance structures and act as the executive interface for client leadership.
• Provide strategic guidance on capital deployment, risk mitigation, and value delivery.
• Oversee project controls, vendor management, team leadership, and regulatory compliance.
• Navigate complex stakeholder environments and mentor project leaders across portfolio.
• Lead mega-projects (> $200M TIC) and ensure alignment across geographies and functions.
