Job summary

Airswift is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead a major life sciences/semiconductor expansion project in Illinois. The role oversees the full project lifecycle, driving execution excellence and delivering a complex capital program.

Candidates should have a proven track record managing EPC/EPCM projects, and be capable of leading multidisciplinary teams while maintaining safety, schedule, and budget targets. The position requires on-site work in Illinois five days per week.

Qualifications

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead a major facility expansion project in Illinois. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, driving execution excellence, and ensuring successful delivery of a complex capital project.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience leading large-scale EPC/EPCM projects.


• Background in Life Sciences (Biotech/Pharmaceuticals) or Semiconductor industries is required.


• Experience managing major EPC/EPCM, mission-critical, semiconductor, biotech/pharma, or large industrial retrofit programs.


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholder relationships.


• Demonstrated track record of delivering complex projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.


• Must be available to work on-site in Illinois five days per week.
