Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in contract administration, preferably within EPC, construction, or energy infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of utility-scale project delivery, including risk allocation, change management, and commercial controls.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update EPC contract documents, amendments, exhibits, schedules, change orders, and correspondence.
• Oversee contract exhibits to ensure current, properly version-controlled and aligned with stakeholders.
• Support compliance with contractual obligations and proactively identify gaps or risks.
• Prepare, review, and issue notices, RFIs, change requests, and required communications.
• Collaborate with legal and commercial teams to ensure correct interpretation of terms.
