Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, construction management, engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, track, and update EPC contract documents and amendments throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee exhibits and ensure version control and alignment across stakeholders.
• Support compliance with contractual obligations and deliverables; identify gaps or risks.
• Prepare, review, and issue notices, RFIs, change requests, and other communications.
• Coordinate with legal and commercial teams to interpret and apply terms.
• Assist with bid preparation, evaluations and contract award documentation.
• Use InEight to manage contract documentation and Agiloft for CLM workflows.
• Support Master Services Agreements and NDAs for projects.
