Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year direct procurement experience in EPC or similar setting.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to procurement processes.
• Strong reading and writing skills with accurate documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Source materials per engineering and project management requirements.
• Independently manage procurement for smaller EPC projects from initiation to completion.
• Maintain purchase order logs, procurement spreadsheets and project docs.
• Expedite material purchases and rental equipment to meet deadlines.
• Contact vendors to resolve issues, obtain quotes and update lead times.
• Coordinate vendor drawings between engineering and manufacturers.
• Respond to inquiries with timely, accurate information.
• Relay procurement information to other departments and document accordingly.
• Perform additional tasks to support procurement and project operations.
