Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of EPC purchasing experience required.
• Experience in Solar/Power EPC projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares contract documents and manages bidding for proposals and projects; reviews drawings for bidders.
• Leads bid evaluations and presents award recommendations to project teams.
• Evaluates and negotiates supplier pricing, capability, quality, and delivery to meet project needs.
• Implements and maintains procurement procedures on the ERP system.
• Leads negotiations and contract terms, edits documents, creates POs, and revises contracts as needed.
• Issues and expedites purchase orders; coordinates deliveries and vendor documentation.
• Communicates procurement status with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Maintains supplier relationships and stays updated on industry advances; supports the Procurement Manager.
