Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group in Spring, TX seeks a Scheduling Manager to lead integrated scheduling across complex EPC construction programs. You will build consolidated master schedules driving execution across engineering, procurement, and construction teams, with up to 30% travel.

The role demands EPC scheduling expertise, Primavera P6 proficiency, and deep EVM understanding. You will develop CPM/LSM schedules, monitor progress, resolve conflicts, and support reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong background in EPC construction scheduling (required).
• Expert-level experience with Primavera P6 (required).
• Deep understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) and cost/schedule integration.
• Experience developing CPM and LSM schedules on large-scale projects.
• Strong analytical skills with schedule risk, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational discipline, documentation, and workflow management skills.
• Utilities or power generation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of integrated master schedules across multiple EPC projects.
• Build and maintain CPM and LSM schedules, including cost- and resource-loaded plans.
• Oversee Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics, KPIs, and performance reporting.
• Align WBS and financial structures across pursuits and active projects.
• Monitor project progress, identify schedule conflicts, and drive resolution with project teams.
• Perform schedule analysis, critical path review, and time impact analysis (TIA).
• Support change management, risk identification, and mitigation planning.
• Partner with engineering, procurement, estimating, construction, and leadership teams to baseline and update schedules.
• Support proposal, bid, and pursuit scheduling efforts.
• Drive short‑interval scheduling practices and improve schedule discipline across projects.
