Job summary

MYR Energy Services Inc. (MYRE) is seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee EPC electrical substation, transmission, and distribution projects from bid to closeout.

Lead engineering delivery via third‑party consultants and coordinate reviews, procurement, and as‑built documentation. Responsibilities include defining project scope, managing design lifecycle, and supporting negotiations with clients and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• PE licensure preferred; EPC/construction experience beneficial.
• Minimum 7+ years in design, engineering, or project management for electrical transmission/substation projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop proposals for EPC electrical substation, transmission, and distribution projects.
• Define project scope aligned with client and third-party consultants.
• Coordinate design activities with engineering subcontractors and oversee deliverables from bid to as-built.
• Coordinate procurement activities with engineering subcontractors and Procurement Manager.
