Job summary

Quanta Services is seeking a Project Manager I to lead design-build/engineer-procure-construct projects, directing engineering, procurement, scheduling and field management. You will oversee prime contracts and subcontracts, manage budgets, and ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance across projects.

The PM I will coordinate with customers and field teams, mentor junior staff, and drive performance reporting and schedule adherence in a fast-paced energy infrastructure environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years’ experience in Construction Project Management, with DB/EPC projects in the power delivery industry preferred.
• Broad experience in engineering, design, construction and contracting, with project planning and management tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated DB/EPC teams from inception through completion.
• Direct engineering design, procurement, scheduling and construction management activities.
• Administer prime contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Ensure safety, quality and environmental compliance per project goals.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets and progress reporting.
• Coordinate with customers for effective communication and issue resolution.
• Oversee change management, cost reviews and project closeout.
