Viridan Group, partnering with a private equity sponsor focused on utility-scale solar, wind, and BESS, seeks a biglaw-trained transactional EPC attorney in New York City. The role requires drafting and negotiating EPCAs and related agreements for large-scale energy projects.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of EPC transactional experience in a major firm, renewable energy exposure, and an active US bar license. Onsite four days per week in Midtown Manhattan is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of transactional EPC experience at a major law firm.
• Experience drafting and negotiating EPCAs, equipment supply agreements, and other transactional documents for large-scale energy projects.
• Renewable energy experience is strongly preferred.
• Active bar license in any US state must be held.

Responsabilités

Viridan Group is currently partnered with a clean infrastructure private equity firm specializing in utility-scale solar, wind, and BESS investments. Their legal team of 10 attorneys is looking to add a biglaw-trained transactional EPC attorney in NYC.

Requirements

• 2+ years of transactional EPC experience working at a major law firm
• Experience drafting and negotiating EPCAs, equipment supply agreements, and other transactional documents relating to the construction of large-scale energy projects
• Renewable energy specific experience is strongly preferred
• Onsite in NYC (4 days per week in their midtown office)
• Applicants must have an active bar license in any US state
