Job summary

Viridan Group, a leading battery storage integrator, seeks a Sr. Counsel to lead drafting and negotiation of EPC, procurement, and asset management agreements for energy projects. Remote role reporting to the General Counsel.

You will collaborate with project teams, manage risk, and ensure compliance across contracts from initial term sheet to execution. Requires 4–10 years experience and ability to practice law in any US state.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years drafting and negotiating EPC, supply and O&M agreements for energy projects.
• Licensed to practice law in any US state.

Responsibilities

• Lead drafting and negotiating EPC, procurement, and asset management agreements for energy projects.

Their legal team is looking to hire a Sr. Counsel to lead the drafting and negotiating of critical EPC agreements, procurement contracts, and asset management agreements.

Requirements

• 4-10 years drafting and negotiating EPC agreements, supply agreements and O&M agreements for energy projects at a law firm or comparable in-house environment
• License to practice law in any state in the US
• This is a remote role, reporting to the General Counsel
