Qualifications

• 4–10 years drafting and negotiating EPC, supply and O&M agreements for energy projects.
• Licensed to practice law in any US state.

Responsibilities

• Lead drafting and negotiating EPC, procurement, and asset management agreements for energy projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to close contracts and manage risk.
• Report to General Counsel and oversee contract lifecycle from term sheet to execution.
