Qualifications

• J.D. with strong academic and professional record.
• At least five years of legal experience.
• Experience in renewable energy sector preferred.
• Familiarity with LNTP, lien waivers, and construction contracts.

• Draft and negotiate LNTP and EPC contracts for solar and storage projects.
• Advise internal teams on commercial and regulatory issues.
