Job summary

Turner & Townsend, a global professional services firm, is seeking a detail‑driven Contracts Administrator to support utility‑scale EPC contracts. You will manage contract documents, exhibits, change orders, and lifecycle processes across engineering, procurement, and construction teams, ensuring compliance and timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 3–7 years of contract administration experience in EPC/construction/energy.
• Strong understanding of EPC delivery, risk allocation and commercial controls.
• Experience with document management platforms and CLM systems.
• Experience with exhibit management and version-controlled documentation.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and track EPC contract documents, amendments, exhibits, and schedules.
• Oversee exhibits, ensure version control and alignment across stakeholders.
• Support compliance with contractual obligations and deliverables; identify gaps or risks.
• Prepare notices, RFIs, change requests, and other communications.
• Coordinate with legal and commercial teams on contract interpretation.
• Support bid preparation, evaluations and contract award documentation.
• Utilize InEight and Agiloft CLM platforms for filing, workflow and approvals.
• Assist with Master Services and NDAs; support project lifecycle needs.
• Develop and improve contract administration processes and templates.
