Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. seeks an experienced Contract Manager to support EPC project teams by ensuring consistent contract application and effective management of consortium agreements.

This onsite role in Lake Mary, FL requires strong attention to detail and the ability to coordinate across Procurement, Legal, and Finance. The candidate will monitor contract compliance, identify potential liquidated damages, and contribute to tools and templates for contract management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration or Legal Studies.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Contract Management for large EPC projects.
• Ability to multitask, analyze and resolve disputes, and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate EPC contracts and consortium agreements reviews and template implementation.
• Ensure teams understand contract requirements and how to execute them.
• Develop and maintain Contract Management Tools and templates (notices, letters, etc.).
• Support claims strategy and project risk assessments across teams.
• Maintain accuracy of all commercial project data throughout execution.
