Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. is seeking a Project Site Manager to oversee installation, commissioning, and turnover for assigned projects at our Lake Mary, FL site.

You will lead safety, contractual compliance, and coordination among EPCs, customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business, 8+ years of relevant experience, OSHA 30 compliance, and readiness to travel up to ~70%.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in construction, commissioning, power generation, or industrial project execution.
• OSHA 30-hour training or equivalent safety experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Serve as Mitsubishi Power’s senior onsite representative ensuring contractual, safety, and execution requirements.
• Lead safety reporting and resolution of incidents and near misses.
• Protect Mitsubishi Power supplied equipment from improper handling, installation, operation, or damage.
• Coordinate technical responses to site issues with engineering, supply chain, project management, and global teams.
• Travel extensively to support project execution.
