Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager III to support the Project Manager on energy infrastructure projects. You will coordinate engineering, estimating, procurement, and construction activities during development and execution phases, and assist with scheduling, RFI submittals, and monthly project reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent field.
• 4+ years of construction project experience including engineering, estimating, bidding, scheduling, cost control, and document control.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates engineering, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction activities during development and execution phases.
• Assists PM in developing the initial project schedule with cross-functional teams.
• Participates in value engineering and constructability reviews.
• Collaborates with procurement to develop subcontractor/vendor scopes and schedule exhibits.
• Supports safety by coordinating with Safety personnel and implementing project safety plans.
• Assists PM with monthly project reviews and financial closeouts.
• Supports RFI submittals using QISG document management system.
• Reviews deliverables to improve quality of technical, commercial, and administrative output.
• Assists in procurement of purchase orders and subcontracts.
