Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager III to support the Project Manager across engineering, estimating, procurement and construction during development and execution. You’ll coordinate inputs, help create schedules, and contribute to cost control and safety plans.

The role involves multi-project support, with close collaboration across engineering, procurement, and field teams, plus monthly reporting and warranties administration as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 4+ years in construction project experience including planning, estimating, bidding, scheduling and cost control.
• Experience in EPC/design-build and Power Delivery is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering, estimating, project controls, procurement and construction activities.
• Assist PM in developing the initial project schedule with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in value engineering and constructability reviews.
• Develop subcontractor and vendor scopes and exhibit schedules for review.
• Support safety plan development and incident reporting.
• Prepare monthly project review reports for PM and Senior Management.
• Assist with project closeouts and post-construction cost reviews.
• Support RFI submittals and improve deliverable quality.
