Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG) is seeking an Assistant Project Manager III to support the Project Manager on engineering, estimating, controls, procurement, and construction activities across multiple projects in Houston. This role involves coordinating schedules, budgets and vendor relations while ensuring safety and quality in execution.

You will participate in developing schedules, performing financial reviews, and aiding in project close-out.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years of construction project experience including planning, bidding, scheduling and cost control.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate engineering, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction activities during development and execution.
• Assist in development of initial project schedule with engineering and construction teams.
• Participate in value engineering and constructability reviews.
• Develop subcontractor and vendor scopes and schedules with procurement.
• Support safety planning, incident reporting and investigations with Safety personnel.
• Prepare monthly project review reports and assist with financial closeouts.
