Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager I (APM I) to assist the Project Manager on engineering, estimating, procurement, and construction tasks during development and execution phases. The role may involve coordinating multiple projects and supporting various operations groups.

You will work with engineering, estimating, project controls, and procurement teams, participate in value engineering, and help prepare monthly project review reports for senior

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem evaluation/solving skills.
• Understanding of the project design process and EPC processes.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction activities during development and execution phases.
• Assist PM in developing the initial project schedule with engineering, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction management personnel.
• Participate in value engineering and constructability reviews.
• Work with procurement to develop subcontractor and vendor scopes and schedules exhibits for PM review.
• Collaborate with Safety personnel on safety plans, incidents, and investigations.
• Assist PM with project schedule and monthly review reports for PM and Senior Management.
• Support project by conducting financial reviews and closeouts monthly.
• Assist with RFI submittals using QISG’s document management system.
• Provide feedback to improve Quality of all deliverables.
• Assist in procurement of purchase orders and subcontract packages.
• Monitor progress of design, procurement, and construction.
• Facilitate project close-out and warranty administration.
• Perform post-construction cost review and lessons learned.
