Job summary

Burns & McDonnell is seeking a Construction Project Manager to support EPC Program Managers. You will oversee day-to-day construction activities, safety, quality, scheduling and cost control, while coordinating with subs, suppliers, and clients across multiple projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 7+ years of PM experience in construction. Travel up to 50% may be required, with opportunities to mentor teams and lead project governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 7 years of relevant project management experience in construction required.
• Experience with document control, scheduling, cost control and project management software preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities and multiple projects.
• Develop project plans, schedules, cost development, and objectives.
• Negotiate contracts and change orders with subs and clients.
• Manage client relations, risk reviews, reporting, and documentation turnover.
• Mentor interns and junior staff; ensure safety and QA compliance.
