Job summary

Burns & McDonnell in Denver, CO is seeking a Construction Coordinator to assist with EPC project administration, safety, quality, schedule, and cost control across multiple industries.

The role supports client interfaces, procurement, subcontractor management, and project turnover, with opportunities to work on aviation, utility, and industrial projects. Must have a relevant degree and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access).

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration of safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, subcontractors, suppliers, procurement, proposals, estimates, documentation, turnover, and client interface for EPC projects.
• Coordinate bidders’ registration and pre-qualification for the Project Management team.
• Assist with contract administration including RFIs, submittals, change management, and claims mitigation for subcontractors and clients.
• Support project controls activities: cost reporting, scheduling, WBS, setup/closeout in accounting system, and field progress tracking.
• Conduct project safety, quality, progress and financial audits and assessments as required.
