Job summary

Burns & McDonnell is seeking a Construction Coordinator to support EPC project execution including safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, and procurement across diverse industries. The role interfaces with clients, manages documentation, and supports field-based activities to ensure successful project delivery.

The position involves assisting with RFP development, subcontractor coordination, and project turnover, with a focus on collaboration, compliance, and effective reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering or a related field required.
• Or applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Management team in contracts, subcontractors, suppliers, procurement and proposals.
• Support project controls: cost reporting, scheduling, and project setup in accounting system.
• Coordinate RFPs, bid processes, and scope of work documents for downstream contracts.
• Maintain project documentation and filing systems and assist with turnover documentation.
• Assist with safety, quality, schedule, and cost control across EPC projects.
