Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required or applicable experience substituted for degree.
• Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Knowledge of document control, scheduling, cost control and project management software preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle large volumes of work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration of project safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts and procurement.
• Support client interface, turnover, and field-based activities on EPC projects.
• Assist with project controls, cost reporting, scheduling, WBS setup, and progress tracking.
• Support RFP development, bid processes, and scope of work documents for downstream contracts.
• Coordinate with bidders, suppliers, subcontractors, and permitting activities.
• Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and project status reports.
