Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases in the USA is seeking a Sales Manager for EPC accounts based in Tomball, TX. You will lead strategic account initiatives, develop opportunities from early engagement to contract award, and collaborate with Technical Sales and Applications teams.

You will build strong customer relationships, drive growth in key accounts, and travel across North America to meet customers and close deals; success is measured by territory targets and MBOs.

Qualifications

Proven success selling technical products to EPC or project-driven customers.
Experience managing complex accounts and long sales cycles.
Ability to translate technical needs into commercial value.

Responsibilities

Lead commercial relationships with assigned EPC accounts and cross-functional teams.
Develop and execute account and territory plans to grow relationships and win new customers.
Identify upcoming projects and position products early for consideration and supplier status.
Understand customer priorities, processes, and project schedules; present clear value propositions.
Manage the sales process from qualification to contract award and handover.
Travel periodically across North America to customer sites and events.
