Job summary

Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases in the United States seeks a Sales Manager to drive growth for our technical pumps, heat exchangers and engineered solutions within the EPC market. You will lead key accounts, shape opportunity strategies and move opportunities from initial engagement through contract award with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes strong customer relationships, value-based selling and collaboration with Technical Sales and Applications teams, with periodic travel

Qualifications

• Experience selling technical products to EPC or project-driven customers.
• Ability to manage complex accounts and long sales cycles.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and pipeline forecasting.
• Engineering or related degree, or equivalent industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial relationships with assigned EPC accounts across engineering, procurement, project management and leadership teams.
• Develop and execute account and territory plans to grow existing relationships and win new customers.
• Identify upcoming projects and engage early to position products for consideration and preferred supplier status.
• Present value propositions linking product capabilities to customer benefits, including lifecycle cost and project execution.
• Manage opportunity qualification, bid strategy, proposals, and negotiations within delegated authority.
