Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support residents and collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor. Responsibilities include technical maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances, apartment turnover, and upkeep of common areas.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance.
EPA certification preferred; if required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of start date.
Maintenance experience & knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
Ability to lift heavy objects and to work on-call hours.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance repairs independently across plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning and appliances as needed.
Conduct apartment turnover maintenance within three to five business days and complete turnover checklists.
Perform common area maintenance: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, pressure washing, windows cleaning.
Monitor exterior for roof, siding, shutters issues and assist preventive maintenance program.
Enter newly purchased tools or equipment into inventory and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
Adhere to all safety rules and maintain safe working conditions.
