Job summary

Hire Priority Staffing is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for a multifamily community in the Houston area. You will respond to service requests, support unit turns, and help keep the property resident-ready.

A strong maintenance background with EPA certification is preferred to troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues in a fast-paced environment. The role is full-time, with a starting pay of $25/hour and a DOE timeline.

Qualifications

• HVAC troubleshooting and repairs knowledge.
• Electrical and plumbing repair abilities.
• General maintenance and make-ready experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance, and general maintenance issues.
• Support make ready work and help prepare vacant units for new resident move-in.
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repair tasks as assigned.
• Help maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the community.
• Work closely with property management and maintenance staff to prioritize daily work orders.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents while completing maintenance tasks.
• Assist with general property upkeep and additional maintenance support as needed.
