Job summary

Medical City Heart & Spine Hospitals seeks an Electrophysiology Lab Tech for a full-time day shift, Monday–Friday, 6:30am–5:00pm, with no on-call. You will support diagnostic and interventional EP procedures, handling supplies, equipment operation, monitoring, imaging and device manipulation in a fast-paced cath lab environment.

Qualifications

• RCIS/RCES/ARRT certification or 3 years Cath Lab/EP experience.
• Current BLS by AHA or Red Cross.
• ACLS within 1 year of hire/transfer.
• Allied Health Degree and relevant clinical training.

Responsibilities

• Use hemodynamic and ECG monitoring and interpret data.
• Scrub assist for diagnostic and electrophysiology procedures; prepare supplies and sterile field.
• Inject contrast media and meds under physician direction.
• Document procedures and patient information per hospital policy.
• Coordinate procedure scheduling as assigned.
• Assist with inventory control per supervisor/manager.
• Support the mission, vision and values of the organization.
• Other duties as assigned.
