Job summary

Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Nurse Navigator for Cardiology Electrophysiology to coordinate the patient journey from diagnosis through follow-up, supporting arrhythmia patients undergoing ablation and related procedures.

The role requires a BSN with RN licensure in NC, excellent communication, and proven ability to work across EP teams, imaging, anesthesia, pharmacy, and scheduling to ensure timely access and a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications

• BSN Degree Required/MSN Preferred. Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state in which one works required.
• Certification in the appropriate specialized field within 2 years of being in the position required.
• Excellent communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care across Electrophysiology providers, imaging, anesthesia, pharmacy, scheduling, and referring clinicians to promote timely access and a seamless patient experience.
• Provide patient education, assess barriers to care, coordinate required testing and pre-procedure instructions, and reinforce anticoagulation/medication plans.
• Conduct post-procedure follow-up, triage symptoms, and escalate clinical concerns as needed.
