Job summary

Leidos’ NISC IV Program seeks an Environmental & Safety Professional to support FAA EOSH programs, including IAQ, Asbestos, Lead, PCB, and more. The role requires site work, reporting, and coordination with multiple stakeholders.

Candidate must have EOSH experience, report-writing skills, and be able to travel up to 75% with overnight stays, located in the Atlanta area. Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience or Master’s degree and relevant experience.
• Environmental, health and safety experience.
• Proven experience with EOSH field equipment (e.g., PID, XRF, Dosimeter).
• Proficient in obtaining/developing Asbestos samples and reports; IAQ samples and reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide environmental and safety support to FAA EOSH programs (IAQ, Asbestos, Lead, PCB, Chemical/Hazardous Waste, etc.).
• Conduct site inspections, surveys, and submit technical reports with findings.
• Manage inspections using electronic data and SharePoint/KSN systems.
• Research and interpret Federal, State, Local, and FAA rules applicable to EOSH.
• Provide strong problem-solving and customer service to internal/external clients.
