Job summary

Leidos seeks an Environmental & Safety Professional to support the FAA EOSH programs within the NISC IV framework. The role emphasizes extensive reporting, sampling interpretation, and multi-program expertise across IAQ, Asbestos, Lead, Mold, and chemical management.

The position requires up to 75% travel and occasional overnight trips, with remote work up to 50%. The role will report to customer sites as needed, including Memphis as requested.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of EOSH experience or Master's degree and relevant experience.
• Experience with EOSH field equipment (e.g., PID, XRF, Dosimeter).
• Proficient in obtaining and developing asbestos, IAQ samples and reports.
• Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Project skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel up to 75% with remote work up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Provide environmental and safety support to FAA EOSH programs (IAQ, Asbestos, Lead, PCBs, Chemical/Hazardous Waste, etc.).
• Conduct site inspections and document findings with technical reports.
• Manage inspections using electronic data and SharePoint/KSN.
• Research applicable Federal, State, Local, and FAA EOSH rules.
• Deliver comprehensive EOSH training to employees and interact with senior management.
