Job summary

ClimeCo, a global sustainability leader, seeks a Transaction Team Support Specialist to link front office activities with back-office operations. You will manage contracts, book daily transactions, and monitor invoicing and settlements across environmental markets.

The role emphasizes meticulous process management, risk awareness, and cross-functional collaboration within a diverse, climate-focused environment. This full-time position offers growth and exposure to a broad product set.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a related field (Business, Finance, Economics, etc.).
• 2–3 years of professional work experience in transaction support or related operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable auditing financial models in Excel.
• Experience with contract management, CRM, or ERP platforms (Salesforce, NetSuite).
• Working knowledge of environmental markets and related derivatives.
• Foundational accounting concepts like invoicing and reconciliation.
• Strong communication, risk awareness, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel 5–10% time and contribute to a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage sales contracts ensuring policy and legal compliance.
• Verify, book, and affirm daily transactions across environmental products ahead of settlement.
• Track invoicing and payment status through collection and delivery against terms.
• Match cash and position records, resolving discrepancies with finance teams.
• Monitor operational risk and ensure regulatory compliance and internal controls.
• Calculate daily P&L and provide analytical support to portfolio managers.
• Maintain detailed records and prepare reports covering obligations and budgets.
• Support front office communications and ensure timely, high-quality outputs.
• Contribute to QA/QC and share subject matter expertise across the team.
