Job summary

Climate Impact Partners is seeking a Client Services Associate to help drive climate action by delivering consistent, high-quality support after the sale—from onboarding through ongoing engagement to renewal.

You will own a portfolio of client relationships and collaborate with our Strategic Account Management team, shaping processes and templates as an early member of the new Client Services function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in a client-facing role with direct client communication.
• Ability to manage client relationships and defined processes independently.
• Experience working cross-functionally to resolve client needs.
• Interest in sustainability or environmental markets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the named Client Services Associate for a portfolio of accounts alongside the Strategic Account Manager.
• Build strong relationships with client contacts, acting as a trusted point of contact.
• Manage onboarding communications with clients and send onboarding emails per templates.
• Ensure onboarding steps are completed accurately and on time.
• Route commercial matters to the Strategic Account Manager when needed.
• Provide timely, professional responses to client queries.
• Manage retirement communications for carbon credits and EACs.
• Support clients with recurring reporting requirements (e.g., annual reports, CDP).
• Drive client engagement by inviting key clients to webinars and events.
