Job summary

Onterris is seeking a Client Project Manager - Stack to guide and support our team in delivering high-quality stack testing services. You will apply technical know-how, collaborative leadership, and strong client engagement to ensure compliance, reliability and smooth daily operations.

The role requires travel up to 75% for multi-week projects, plus responsibility for budgeting and coordinating timelines to meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of stack testing experience with QI credentials.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% for multi-week projects.
• Strong knowledge of applicable Federal, State and Local regulations.
• Experience managing client relationships, budgets, and project costs.
• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain DOT medical certification.

Responsibilities

• Follow established testing methods and processes to support reliable source testing.
• Craft technical proposals, test plans, and reports from client goals and regulatory requirements.
• Manage all technical, financial, and administrative aspects of stationary source testing programs and projects.
• Oversee project timelines and coordinate resources to meet goals and requirements.
• Ensure client satisfaction by directing and reallocating resources as needed.
