Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years minimum of stack testing experience and QI credentials.
• Extensive knowledge of Federal, State and Local regulations.
• Experience managing client relationships, budgets and project costs.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Follow established testing methods, procedures, and processes to support reliable source testing.
• Assess client goals and regulatory requirements to craft proposals, test plans and reports.
• Manage all technical, financial and administrative aspects of stationary source testing programs.
• Determine, oversee, and adjust project timelines.
• Allocate and direct resources to meet project goals and requirements.
