Job summary

Onterris is seeking a Client Project Manager - Stack to guide our testing team and deliver high-quality results for the stack testing program. You’ll combine technical know-how, collaborative leadership, and client engagement to promote compliance, reliability, and smooth day-to-day operations.

The role requires 5+ years in stack testing, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources.

Qualifications

• 5+ years minimum of stack testing experience and QI credentials.
• Capable of overnight and local travel up to 75% of the time.
• Extensive knowledge of Federal, State and Local regulations.
• Experience managing client relationships and project budgets.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain DOT medical certification and OSHA Respiratory Protection Medical Evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Following established testing methods, procedures, and processes to help support consistent and reliable source testing.
• Assessing client goals, regulatory requirements, and relevant data to craft technical proposals, test plans, and technical reports.
• Managing all technical, financial, and administrative aspects of stationary source testing programs and projects.
• Determining, overseeing, coordinating, and adjusting project timelines.
• Allocating and directing resources to ensure satisfaction of project goals, timelines, and technical requirements.
