Job summary

Onterris is seeking a Client Project Manager - Stack to guide and support a team delivering stack testing services. You will ensure compliance, reliability and strong day-to-day operations, managing all technical and administrative aspects of projects.

The role requires 5+ years stack testing experience, the ability to travel up to 75% of the time, and proficiency with regulatory standards. A valid driver's license is required, and a DOT/OSHA readiness posture is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years minimum of stack testing experience and QI credentials.
• Capacity for overnight and local travel for multi-weekday projects up to 75% of the time or more.
• Extensive knowledge in applicable Federal, State and Local regulations.
• Experience managing client relationships and overseeing client projects, including budgeting, and managing project costs.

Responsibilities

• Following established testing methods, procedures, and processes to support consistent and reliable source testing.
• Assessing client goals, regulatory requirements, and relevant data to craft technical proposals, test plans, and technical reports.
• Managing all technical, financial, and administrative aspects of stationary source testing programs, and projects.
• Determining, overseeing, coordinating, and adjusting project timelines.
• Allocating and directing resources to ensure satisfaction of project goals, timelines, and technical requirements.
