Job summary

Onterris Payroll is seeking a Client Project Manager - Stack to guide our team in delivering high-quality stationary source testing services for diverse clients around Antioch, CA. This role blends technical testing expertise with collaborative leadership and active client engagement.

The position emphasizes compliance, reliability, and efficient operations, with a compensation range of $119k to $155k. Travel up to 75% of the time and a mission-driven environment support professional growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years minimum of stack testing experience and QI credentials.
• Capacity for overnight and local travel for multi-weekday projects up to 75% of the time or more.
• Extensive knowledge in applicable Federal, State and Local regulations.
• Experience managing client relationships and overseeing client projects, including budgeting, and managing project costs.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Capability to pass background checks and initial and random drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical certification and OSHA Respiratory Protection Medical Evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Following established testing methods, procedures, and processes to help support consistent and reliable source testing
• Assessing client goals, regulatory requirements, and relevant data to craft technical proposals, test plans, and technical reports
• Managing all technical, financial, and administrative aspects of stationary source testing programs, and projects
• Determining, overseeing, coordinating, and adjusting project timelines
• Allocating and directing resources to ensure satisfaction of project goals, timelines, and technical requirements
