Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in environmental science or related field or equivalent experience.
3+ years of environmental experience, preferred in emergency response and remediation.
Experience with spill response, remediation, and regulatory compliance.
Path toward Connecticut DEEP PEP certification as part of development.

Responsibilities

Provide environmental oversight and support for assigned service area.
Respond to OHM releases and manage containment, cleanup, and regulatory closure.
Coordinate spill response activities with contractors and operations.
Participate in on-call environmental emergency response rotations.
Develop SPCC plans and assist with site assessments and remediation.
