Job summary

American Structurepoint, Inc. seeks an Environmental Specialist to join our Indianapolis environmental science team.

You will work with project managers, geologists, ecologists, and other specialists to characterize natural resources and assess potential environmental impacts on infrastructure projects. Successful candidates will contribute to NEPA documentation, field surveys, and regulatory permitting while engaging with clients and agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Ecology, Natural Resources or related field.
• Ability to work well and self-motivate in a collaborative team environment.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare environmental documentation under NEPA requirements.
• Conduct wetland and waterway workups and GIS mapping.
• Coordinate with government agencies and prepare permits and reports.
• Assist in development of plans, mitigation, and regulatory documents.
• Support business development and client coordination.
