Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Ecology, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant work experience in environmental consulting or regulatory environment.
• Certified FHWA/INDOT NEPA
• Ability to work well and self-motivate in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to work in variable conditions, including uneven ground and remote sites.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Experience with ArcGIS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare NEPA environmental documentation.
• Conduct wetland and waterway delineations and related reports.
• Prepare waterway permits and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with government agencies on resources affected by projects.
• Develop plans, reports, and permit applications documenting impacts.
• Support business development and client relationships.
• Review reports for QA/QC prior to submittals.
