The role leads a team of Customer Support Specialists handling day-to-day activities of complex projects and high-level customer concerns, interfacing with regulators, customers, sales, and operations to ensure proper acceptance and disposal of waste. The position requires leadership experience and hazardous waste expertise, with a hybrid work setup (4 days in office).

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with RCRA, DOT, TSCA and other regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Customer Support Specialists to manage day-to-day aspects of complex projects and high-level customer concerns.
• Coordinate with sales, regulators, customers and operations to ensure smooth project flow and disposal.
• Review processes to improve efficiency and standardize procedures.
• Provide training and guidance to staff to achieve performance goals.
• Draft and revise contracts in collaboration with attorneys.
