RES is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to market integrated delivery projects in mitigation, water quality, and resilience across the Southeast region. You’ll serve as the face of RES to clients, agencies, and partners, helping identify and close opportunities while coordinating internal teams.

You will travel regionally, build strong client relationships, present at conferences, and guide proposals and deal structuring from inception to execution.

Qualificações

• BS/BA in Environmental Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a related industry with multi-year sales cycles.
• Experience negotiating complex deals and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and close opportunities in mitigation, water quality, and resilience.
• Manage external relationships and lead proposal development.
• Track permitting timelines and deal components.
• Represent RES at conferences and client meetings.
• Travel regionally to project sites and events.
