Job summary
EMCOR Group's Environmental Specialties unit is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth across the Mid-Atlantic region. You will develop strategic relationships, qualify opportunities, and advance complex engineered solutions for pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, healthcare, and industrial markets.
You will lead regional sales efforts, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract award, travel up to 50% to customer sites, and
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, or related technical discipline.
- 3+ years in business development, technical sales, or engineered-solutions selling.
- Experience in pharma/biotech/life sciences refrigeration or mission-critical facilities preferred.
- ISPE and PSDG participation preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop regional sales strategy to meet revenue and market goals.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision makers.
- Generate new opportunities via prospecting, networking, referrals.
- Manage opportunities through full sales cycle up to contract award.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Estimating, Operations, and Sales teams.
- Provide monthly market intelligence and pipeline updates.
