Gallagher Bassett is seeking a regional business development professional to champion procedures and professional standards, identify prospective clients, and drive interest in our multinational program. You will collaborate with Producers, Account Executives, and Account Managers to offer tailored solutions, provide pre-sales support, and pursue complex opportunities across the region.

A Bachelor's degree and 7 years of related experience, along with strong knowledge of the insurance brokerage

• Strong knowledge of the insurance brokerage business.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities within the region and drive regional marketing strategy.
• Provide pre-sales support for Producers/Account Executives and Account Managers.
• May refer new business or close sales themselves.
• Support the National Practice Leader on process reengineering, information management, and IT platforms/tools.
• Manage cross-functional projects and provide consulting on strategic initiatives.
